Terms of Service

By creating a Recevora account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Recevora extracts and organizes information from receipts, invoices, and bank statements. You remain responsible for reviewing every extracted value and for deciding how to use it.

No financial, tax, or accounting advice

Recevora is an organizational tool, not a bank, accountant, tax preparer, or financial adviser. AI extraction and categorization may contain errors and should not be the sole basis for financial, legal, accounting, reimbursement, or tax decisions.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and display that content to operate Recevora. You must have the right to upload the content and must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free and paid plans

Plan limits and features are displayed in the app and may be updated for future billing periods. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple are charged, renewed, cancelled, and refunded under the applicable store rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage cancellation in the store account used for purchase.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the app or this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recevora and Omniamus are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions based on inaccurate extraction or categorization. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Recevora and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.
