Recevora helps you digitize receipts, invoices, and bank statements. This policy explains the information we process and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Account information, including your name, email address, encrypted password credentials, subscription status, and session data.
• Documents you choose to upload, such as receipt images, invoices, and bank statement PDFs.
• Extracted financial data, including merchants, dates, amounts, currencies, descriptions, account labels, and spending categories.
• Technical and usage data needed to secure, operate, diagnose, and enforce the limits of the service.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, store and process your documents, create editable transaction drafts, detect possible duplicates, present spending insights, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Recevora is not a bank and does not connect to your bank account unless a future feature is clearly offered and you explicitly enable it.

AI processing

Documents are processed by service providers, including Google Gemini, to extract structured information. AI output can be wrong. Recevora shows a draft for your review before transactions are imported.

Storage and service providers

We use vetted infrastructure providers for database hosting, private object storage, application hosting, AI processing, and app-store billing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information or use your financial documents for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account data and uploaded documents are retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the Recevora app. Deletion removes your account, stored source files, extracted transactions, and related records, subject only to limited legal, security, or backup retention requirements.

Security

We use encrypted transport, private object storage, access controls, and modern password hashing. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your password and upload only documents you are authorized to process.

Your choices

You can correct AI-generated drafts before import, delete your account in the app, or contact us to ask about your data. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children

Recevora is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for people old enough to manage financial documents and enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.
